At Wasted Space, I take pride in creating handmade, one-of-a-kind tapestry hoodies. Due to the unique nature of my custom pre order process, all sales are final. 

However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur during shipping or that an item may rarely arrive damaged or not as described. In such cases, we are happy to address the issue and provide a resolution. If you receive a damaged item or if it is in a condition that does not match the description, please contact us. 

We do usually offer returns, but may make an exception in certain cases. To initiate the return process for damaged or incorrectly described items, please provide clear photographs and a detailed explanation of the issue. I will review your case promptly and work with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include a return or store credit.

Please note that we are unable to accommodate returns or refunds for any other reasons, such as changes in personal preference, sizing issues, or no longer being willing to wait for a pre order. We strongly encourage you to carefully review the product listing and provided size chart before making a purchase.

There will be no refunds on custom orders due to the nature of the pre order process. If you must cancel your order a cancellation fee will be applied to the refund to cover the cost of your order.
